Annual Economic Survey

The Annual Economic Survey is part of a series of economic surveys conducted by the Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD). It serves as a primary data source for preparing economic statistics at SCAD, providing essential national estimates for compiling national accounts, including Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and analysing the composition of the business sector in Abu Dhabi. The survey aims to collect data necessary for compiling national accounts and assessing the contribution of economic activities to GDP. Additionally, it provides data to support policies, facilitate economic decision-making in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and evaluate the effectiveness of these policies.
