Occupational health and safety policy

Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD) is committed to carrying out its responsibilities in regard to the implementation and compliance with the requirement of occupational health and safety and welfare of all employees, contractors, and trainees at the Centre's premises, to the extent the available resources would reasonably and adequately permit, according to what can be applied adequately and logical, during his activities and events committed to providing a safe work environment.

Integrated Management System Policy

Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD) is committed to developing and updating its Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with best practices and recognized international and national standards, to ensure the provision of reliable, high-quality statistics that support decision-makers across various sectors. This system contributes to the SCAD’s pursuit of institutional excellence, innovation, and sustainability by ensuring compliance with legislation, enhancing partner satisfaction, providing a safe working environment, ensuring data security, promoting environmental responsibility, developing competencies, and continuously striving for improvement and advancement. This Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives of the Integrated Management System, including quality objectives, at relevant functions and levels of SCAD.

 
Revision Policy

The revision policy describes the necessity of revision, types of revision, and the corresponding details of the revision. It applies to all statistics for which SCAD is responsible, and its purpose is to clarify to users how SCAD handles and communicates revisions.

 
Open Data Policy

Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD) is committed to promoting transparency and enabling data accessibility through the implementation of its Open Data Policy. The policy ensures the publication of statistical data in open and machine-readable formats, while safeguarding data privacy and maintaining the required quality standards to support informed decision-making.
