Alistair Bell Wylie

About
Alistair is a highly experienced Capability Development Expert with over 30 years of leadership in education, qualifications, assessment, and curriculum development. A qualified teacher, holding a Master of Education degree, he has held several senior roles including Head of Qualifications at the Scottish Qualifications Authority, where he led national programs for the Scottish Government. He has worked across the Middle East and previously supported strategic vocational initiatives within the UAE Ministry of Education before joining SCAD. Alistair is also a published author of educational textbooks over a 20-year writing career. His global perspective and deep expertise continue to shape impactful capability development efforts within the STI team.
