ABU DHABI, 5th April, 2022 -- Statistics Centre-Abu Dhabi (SCAD) has announced statistical data that reflects rapid growth in most of Abu Dhabi's oil and non-oil activities at constant prices in 2021, underscoring the effectiveness of economic policies, the robustness of Abu Dhabi's local economy and the recovery from the Covid-19 crisis.
The Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD) has signed a partnership agreement with G42 Cloud, the leading Abu Dhabi-based AI and cloud computing company, to utilise its advanced digital and AI solutions for improving SCAD's statistical portfolio. The agreement was signed by Ahmed Mahmoud Fikri, Director-General of SCAD, and Talal Al Kaissi, CEO of G42 Cloud.
Dubai: The Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD) displayed its innovative digital projects at Gitex 2021.
SCAD’s projects fall within Abu Dhabi Government’s digital agenda, and echo the readiness and improvement of Abu Dhabi’s digital infrastructure, which attracts various customers, including citizens, residents, visitors and investors.
His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, has witnessed the inauguration of the Insights and Foresights Platform, launched by the Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD). The platform uses the latest artificial intelligence (AI) data analysis technologies to support policy making and future planning.
